Communication is the corner stone of all relationships. Based on my professional experiences, I became keenly aware that many clients I served almost universally presented with problems/issues that could be traced back to difficulty with communication. This peaked my interest and I devoted more time to the review of clients, peer consultation, and continued study. From my observations I have developed my skills and approach to emphasize the importance of prevention and proactive communication for which I have become an expert of note.
